Job description

Handover & Inspection:

  • Conduct inspection and handover of houses/apartments to residents/customers in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Provide residents/customers with complete handover documents, manuals, and necessary guidance on property usage and facilities.

Resident / Customer Services:

  • Provide daily support services for residents, including access control, issuance of resident cards and amenity cards.
  • Receive, handle, and respond to residents’/customers’ feedback, complaints, and requests within assigned authority.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents/customers.

Survey & Service Quality Evaluation:

  • Conduct resident satisfaction surveys on a periodic or ad-hoc basis.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate service quality to improve resident expe

Resident Communication:

  • Deliver official announcements from the Management Board to residents via notice boards, lobby TV screens, elevator displays, and other communication channels.
  • Participate in handling community communication and media crises as directed.

Resident Data & Receivables Management

  • Update, manage, and maintain resident/customer information in the management system.
  • Monitor and collect outstanding receivables from residents/customers within the assigned area.

Other Duties

Requirements
  • Graduated from Intermediate / College / University level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good problem-solving, persuasion, and issue-handling skills.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or related fields.
