Job description

Inspection & Handover

  • Conduct inspection and handover of houses/apartments to residents/customers in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Provide complete handover documents, manuals, and necessary guidance to residents/customers.

Resident / Customer Care

  • Provide daily services for residents/customers, including access control and issuance of amenity and resident cards.
  • Receive, handle, and respond to residents’/customers’ feedback, complaints, and requests within assigned authority.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents/customers.

Resident Survey & Service Evaluation

  • Implement resident survey programs and evaluate service quality on a periodic or ad-hoc basis.

Resident Communication

  • Deliver announcements from the Management Board via notice boards, lobby TV screens, elevator displays, and other communication channels.
  • Participate in handling resident community communication and media crises as assigned.

Resident Data & Receivables Management

  • Update and maintain resident/customer information in the management system and ensure proper data storage.
  • Follow up and collect outstanding receivables from residents/customers within the assigned area.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Graduated from Intermediate / College / University level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good persuasion, problem-solving, and issue-handling skills.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in customer service or related fields.
